Lumé Fitness ships across South Africa. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receiving your order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or South African public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

Major cities — Johannesburg, Cape Town, Pretoria, Durban 8-11 business days
Other urban areas 8-11 business days
Remote and rural areas 8-11 business days
These are estimated timeframes only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by courier capacity, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on orders over R500. Exact shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery. If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@lumefitness.co.za.


Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at the time of ordering. Lumé Fitness is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your delivery address after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@lumefitness.co.za. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been dispatched.


Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails because no one is available to receive the order, the courier will typically leave a notification and attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at a collection point. Uncollected parcels may be returned to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any re-delivery costs.


Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@lumefitness.co.za with your order number and, where applicable, a photo of the damage. We will work with you and the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Digital Products

The Lumé Sculpt Program PDF is a digital product and is delivered electronically via email immediately after your purchase is confirmed. No physical shipping applies to digital products. If you do not receive your digital download within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@lumefitness.co.za.


International Shipping

At this time, we only ship to addresses within South Africa. We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are based outside South Africa and wish to place an order, please contact us at support@lumefitness.co.za to discuss options.
